Contributions are not tax deductible. Federal and State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions received in response to this solicitation will be deposited into the Republican Party of Lee County Virginia’s Account unless prohibited, or instructed otherwise, and will be subject to federal or state contribution limits. Corporate contributions are accepted and will be deposited into the Republican Party of Lee County Virginia’s Account. Virginia law requires us to report the type of business for all corporate contributions exceeding $100. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
