Mass Meeting of the Lee County Committee

of the Republican Party of Virginia

This notice is to provide an update for the plans and preparation that the Lee County Republican Committee are making in regards to the COVID-19 virus and the health concerns that correlate with it. The Mass Meeting that was scheduled to take place at the Lee County Republican Party Headquarters, 33692 Main Street, Jonesville, Virginia 24263 on March 19, 2020 at 6:30p.m. has been CANCELLED due to under-filing and the public health emergency.

 

All candidates that pre-filed for officer or delegate shall hereby be declared elected as per the instructions from the Official Call. A meeting will be called for April 2, 2020 at 6:30p.m. at the Lee County Republican Party Headquarters, 33692 Main Street, Jonesville, Virginia 24263. This meeting will allow the Committee to fill any vacancies. We will continue to monitor and provide updates on this situation. Updates will be made available on the Lee County Republican Party website www.leevagop.com, the Virginia’s 9th Congressional District Republican Committee website and the Republican Party of Virginia website
